Bursary Programme

The Chancerygate Foundation programme supports students directly and proactively — through education, access to
real work experience, and, of course, financially — to help give students an unbeatable start to their career in real estate,
no matter their background.

Nobody should be prevented from accessing their dream job. That’s why the Chancerygate Foundation is focused on helping disadvantaged students from African and Caribbean heritage — access everything they need for an amazing career in real estate.

How we do this:
1

The Chancerygate Foundation Bursary

A bursary of up to £10,000 per student, to support them in their studies and essential living costs whilst studying real estate at university.

2

Work experience

Using our industry connections and experience to help secure useful, valuable and educational work experience for eligible students, so they can get an authentic, tangible taste of what the industry has to offer.

3

Education

Meeting students at schools, colleges and universities to show them the real face of the property industry, and the breadth of careers available that they might not have known about.

A bursary from the Chancerygate Foundation means:

We’re investing up to £10,000 per bursary student to cover their study and living expenses at leading UK universities
Our team will check in with every bursary student every term, to ensure they’re getting the best from their studies.
Making opportunities for students to get involved and learn from real work expereince in the industry.
