When the House of Commons is more diverse than the real estate industry, it’s time for change.

We’ve seen first hand the lack of diversity and opportunity within the UK’s real estate industry. For too long, success in property has been too reliant on what school you went to, who your parents knew, where you lived, where you grew up, and what colour skin you might have.

Not any more. The Chancerygate Foundation was set up because we believe every African and Caribbean heritage student should have an equal opportunity to access the real estate profession. Not just through support or big campaigns, but directly; through bursaries, mentorship and paid work experience to help even the most disadvantaged students get the best start. And we’re already making it happen.
