Joelle Allotey

Joelle joined Cushman & Wakefield in November 2021 and is an accomplished Transaction Manager within Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Occupier Services (GOS) team. She is the primary account lead for multiple global technology occupiers and oversees the performance across all transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and professional lease work and continues to integrate new approaches into every day running of the Estate, aligned with the client’s business strategy.

Prior to working for Cushman & Wakefield, Joelle led the asset management function for Marks and Spencer’s South UK estate, where she was responsible for delivering the food estate strategy and business development.

Joelle is heavily involved in Diversity & Inclusion at Cushman & Wakefield and sits on the committee for Black Women in Real Estate, an organisation focused on challenging the status quo and aiming to increase the number, profile and representation of Black women in Real Estate.

Joelle’s qualifications include the MRICS, an MCR (ongoing) and a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate and Planning.
